As advised by the "i" page in Cloudmin's Webmin interface, I updated. Initially it failed as there was some sort of conflict with the FileMin plugin.
I temporarily uninstalled FileMin and the update proceeded. Everything but the summary "i" page seems to work - and as well after the FileMin reinstall. But when trying to load the summary page, I can have two situations. In the Authentic theme, the blue circle spins forever and never loads, or if I hit the "i" icon on the interface I get an outright Perl error. Error follows - please advise as soon as possible - (and no I do not have a current backup as I currently have no space for one.) I also have restarted Webmin and the server several times with no improvement. Thank you in advance.

I am also experiencing this exact problem as well. I had a system update by CentOS. I noticed there was an update for Webmin as well but decided to first do the system updates. All was good with that and Webmin was working fine. I then updated Webmin and basically after doing so I started to experience the same exact error/problem as above.
I tried restarting webmin as well and still did not fix the problem.
I do see that the perl-Net-SSLeay.x86_64 package was updated as well when I updated the system updates. But as mentioned above, I first did the system updates and then after that I did the webmin update last but before doing the webmin update, I did not experience the problem above but only after updating webmin. So I am assuming it is something with webmin and not the updating of the perl-Net-SSLeay.x86_64 package.
Thank you in advance as well.
I have the same problem Centos 6.7 box. Please be so kind to provide a fix.

Just updated Virtualmin from 1.795-1 to 1.800-1
same error.

Centos 6.7 my perl-Net-SSLeay is not updated.. at version 1.35-9.el6
The same error with Debian and Virtualmin Pro.
Which version? I have problems with Debian 6 but 7 and 8 seem ok
Debian 6 webmin-virtual-server 5.03 webmin 1.800 libnet-ssleay-perl 1.36-1
We're seeing this in several areas within Webmin/Virtualmin under Ubuntu 12.04. Ubuntu 14.04 seems okay, however.
Okay, for anyone seeing this issue, and also comfortable with a text editor, could you try this patch here and let us know if this helps:
https://github.com/webmin/webmin/commit/a53b6d96ca61600f84ce83f89fbd389a...
If that resolves the issue for everyone, we'll push out a new update soon with that in it.
Jep. Solves the issue for me.
Thanks!
Hi, I applied the patch on Debian 6 server and the issue seem to be solved. Thanks!
Patch seems to be working on a CentOS 6.7 install. For some reason after I patched the files the theme went back to version 17.95 and the dials were not working. I just updated the theme again and everything is working now. Thanks.
Thank you very much, problem resolved. Is this something you can commit? If it isn't, let me save people some time on the file path (forgot to look at the end of the error...)
/usr/libexec/webmin/web-lib-funcs.pl
Thanks for the quick response to this issue!
Regards, Douglas
Just a quick note that this fix is now part of the new Webmin release, 1.81.
So you no longer need to apply the patch, you can just update Webmin.
Thanks for all your help and testing!
