On fresh install a receive the next issue: defined(@array) is deprecated at /usr/share/webmin/security-updates/security-updates-lib.pl line 486.

This warning should be fixed already. Can you check with version of the security-updates module you are running?

The command for that is dpkg --list webmin-security-updates

I installed directly from cloudmin repo, 4.1, on virtualmin repo have newest 4.5

Ah, so the issue is that the version in the Cloudmin repo is out of date. I'll fix that ..

Ok, the repo is being updated now to version 4.5 which includes this fix.
