I try to open the file manager and I get the following error
HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server: MiniServ/1.794 Date: Thu, 5 May 2016 16:38:26 GMT Content-type: text/html; Charset=iso-8859-1 Connection: close
Error - Perl execution failed
Undefined subroutine &filemin::mimetype called at /usr/share/webmin/filemin/index.cgi line 39.

Jamie, I can reproduce this issue on another server.
It appears that Webmin 1.794 has a bug that prevents Filemin from opening.
and what can I do to solve this issue?

It looks like Jamie may have needed to install Webmin version 1.794 onto your system (which is a development version) in order to resolve one of the problems you were experiencing.
However, it looks like that version has a bug that's causing a problem with filemin :-(
Jamie is working on fixing that, so that we can release a new version of Webmin ASAP.

A new 1.795 version of Webmin will be out shortly that will include a fix for this.

Okay, there's a new Webmin version out now which should correct this problem.
