i finally got off my lazy rear end and started moving forward with the upgrade.
old server: edwardsmarkf.info (going away ASAP) new server: edwardsmark.info (notice missing 'f')
so, what shall i do to upgrade the new server to pro?

Howdy -- it's no problem to upgrade a Virtualmin GPL instance to Virtualmin Pro.
You can do that by going into System Settings -> Upgrade to Pro.
It's no problem if that license is temporarily installed on two systems for the sake of a migration.
Regarding the upcoming year -- you won't receive an invoice or anything for that.
Now, once you purchase a renewal, using the new system here with the new prices -- whether you go with the monthly pricing, or the yearly pricing, it will automatically renew at the end of that time period (though you can of course cancel at any time).
Does that answer your questions?
And did you have any other questions that we can help with?
Thanks for using Virtualmin!

dancing girls for starters. true biological girls - none of this catelin jenner stuff that cpanel/plesk offered up.
i had the 50 license for the 10 license price, since i have about 15 names.
but while on the subject, do you offer multi-year discounts?
