Howdy -- the install script for Cloudmin should indeed work on CentOS 6 (that's available in Account -> Software Licenses) -- which VPS type are you hoping to use... for example, KVM, Xen, OpenVZ?
Now that Xen has fallen out of favor in the Open Source world, it's much more difficult to get that setup than other technologies. KVM is probably the most popular, as well as likely the simplest to setup since most Linux distributions come with support for it built in.
