Hi,

I understand what you mean. It's apparently designed by Virtualmin. All is working fine, the top and the bottom buttons do the same work (at the moment) and I bet it's designed as such. Same happens in old theme.

I'm reassigning this issue to see what Joe or/and Eric will say.

This isn't strictly a bug, but the UI is confusing - I will fix it in the next release.
