Hi,
We like to use the letsencrypt features. The "Manage SSL Certicate" now provides a Let's Encrypt tab that says letsencrypt is not installed. What is the preferred way to install (We are restricted to standard CentOS or epel repositories)
A minor question is: Will the module provide for auto renewal? or?

The Let's Encrypt Client is BETA SOFTWARE. It contains plenty of bugs and rough edges, and should be tested thoroughly in staging environments before use on production systems.

Which CentOS version are you running? There is an official Let's Encrypt client at https://letsencrypt.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ , but it doesn't work well on older CentOS releases.
The next Virtualmin / Webmin release will have a built-in client, and support automatic renewal.

The latest Virtualmin release now includes a built-in version of the Let's Encrypt client.
Give that a try, as that should now install onto all distros, as well as handle renewals.
How do we get rid of it? Don't want it offered?

Sorry, as of now there isn't a way to disable the Let's Encrypt feature.
In the future, it will be possible to disable it if you have Virtualmin Pro, though that won't be available for a few weeks until the new Virtualmin version comes out.
