Disable Root Access in FTP/SFTP

Hi there,

I want disable root access on ftp and sftp account. can i do it?

unless you have the RootLogin directive defined in your /etc/proftpd.conf then its blocked by default

After create a account in virtual min, i try to connect with FTP and i see root access. i want disable this access for another account.

do you mean you see root in the directory listing? or where do you see it?

My clients with FTP can see root access and i want disable it. Regards
