Spamming is not the correct word. You have notifications about theme updates set to on. If you don't wish to see theme update notifications, just turn it off in theme's settings, otherwise everytime update is available, you will see this notice.

Go to Webmin->Webmin Configuration->Themes. There you will see the settings for System Information page. Search for Check for Authentic Theme updates. Set it to No.

Thx! I see no option to disable notifications for theme updates in theme settings.
