Hello,
I posted an issue earlier and I wanted to edit it a little bit, I noticed that it posted 2 comments from me in the same issue while I'm sure I didn't post any, I just edited the original post. I'll try again here to see if it happens again.

It adds comments whenever you edit the status, assigned, etc. I agree it is somewhat confusing, but it is working as designed (I didn't design it, but once you know what it's doing it's not a big deal).
