as described in thread http://www.virtualmin.com/node/37059#comment-157543
When installing virtualmin on debian testing(stretch) this error occurs again:
E: Failed to fetch http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/debian/dists/virtualmin-universal/mai... Hash Sum mismatch
I've checked the checksums manually, only sha512 checksum matches.
P.S. installation on debian stable(jessie) completes fine.

Howdy -- thanks, I'm passing this along to Joe to look into that.

as I see it's currently unassigned, any updates on this?

I don't imagine that works now that Virtualmin 5.0 was pushed out? I'm curious if that fixed the hash sums.
I suspect though that the newer distro is testing the other hashsums for some reason where the older ones aren't.
When it comes to debian repo signing I literally have no idea what I'm doing. The docs for setting up an apt repo are awful, and I've always just banged on things until it started working. I'm certain I'm doing it wrong (because it's stupidly complex and requires a big shell script), but I've been unable to figure out the right way.
I'll have to bang on some things again, and hope it starts working. It'll have to wait a day or two, as I'm moving the software repositories to a new server today, and that's juggling with a lot of things in the air.
Eric, can you remind me in a couple of days. If anyone has clues about how to make the right sums show up, I'd appreciate input.
