Virtualmin license: Upgrade Virtualmin 250 to Unlimited

Hi, I don't know exactly how the upgrade process of a license work but I've just bought the upgrade mentioned in the title of this post and I can't see the new credentials (if any) appear in my account page. Could you please explain how the upgrade process work? Honestly, it's not very clear. Thank you. :-)

Howdy,

It looks like the license in your account is a Virtualmin 10. Is that the license you're looking to upgrade?

To do that, you'd need to upgrade to the intermediate steps along the way -- the "10 to 50", "50 to 100", and "100 to 250" license.
