Get list of all custom fields on server (even if they are empty)

Using the virtualmin api, its great. However I am looking for a remote call to get a list of all the custom fields on a server.

Using list-custom I only get a list of domain fields with entries included. I need to get a list of all custom fields even if they are empty.

Is this possible. Any other ideas on how to get a list of all custom-fields on a server via the remote api?

Thanks Peter, I ended up copying and editing /usr/share/webmin/virtual-server/list-custom.pl script to display all fields even if there were no values attributed for each respective domain.
