Help Please i am going crazy!!!!default website for IP

Hi Guys,

I am in big trouble..if you have any idea please assist. I have been using webmin/virtualmin for a year now and 2 days ago I had an issue on my vps( centos 7) and i had to remove apache and install it back. The problem I have now is all sites are set as default....meaning they all point to the same address no matter what URL you enter... Usually i just go to VIRTUALMIN-> SERVER CONFIGURATION-> WEBSITE OPTIONS and I set one website as default....I usually have 2 options yes or no...but now all my websites are set to default with no option to untick yes...I am adding a screenshot to make it clear. I know it must be something simple..but I am wasting too much time on that and the websites are all down cause they point on the same IP which is the site that was originally set as default before I removed apache...Any help would be appreciated

Howdy,

Hmm, just to verify -- when you reinstalled Apache, did it keep all the Apache configuration information for your domains?

That is, if you look at the Apache config files, do you see the "VirtualHost" blocks for your various domains?

If so, you could be seeing some sort of IP address mismatch.

You may want to take a peek at the section in the following link titled "The Wrong Site Shows Up":

thanks for the quick reply... Well when I re-installed apache I just went back to each website options un-ticked apache and save, then ticked it back and saved again...so i think this isn't an issue....I really don't want to reinstall the whole thing..I will read the links you sent hopefully I will be able to sort it.....thank you... I guess if I could know where exactly, or what decide if a site is default for the ip or not...I would be able to sort it out note: further ideas are welcomed guys
