About Webmin backup and restore

Hello,

I have a VPS that centos and webmin are installed on

It is just working good. But soon, I will change the VPS, I mean OS, webmin etc. everything will be lost Only my website files will be with me.

What I want is to make my new vps work exactly like the old one. New vps will have centos and I will install webmin. But How can I get all those configurations again?

Webmin has a filesystem backup option, Does it work for me?

I mean when I go to new Vps and when I install centos and webmin again and upload my webiste files and webmin filesystem backup file, Can I completely return to old vps configuration? What is the scope of webmin filesystem backups?

I think I am looking for something that can take backup all the things and restore again including all Os files. I must add this, new vps hardware will be different, different cpu, ram disk etc.
