fcgid settings

I must be really daft, but I cannot seem to locate the conf file for fcgid, either global one or local for the specific virtual server.

I am trying to limit the max process fcgid can spawn, but cannot figure out in which file is this variable. Tried to look in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/domain.conf but it is not there.

Should be /etc/apache2/mods-available/fcgid.conf or something to that effect. :)
