Changing IP address of server results in wrong page.

I read all the topics regarding this but nothing helped. All sites work fine on default IP but when I try to change the ip for a domain I get the another domain's webpage. NameVirtualHost is commented out at top of file and no other instance exist. I backed the site up and tried to restore it with no luck and now the domain does not exist in the list of domains under 'Change IP address'. Manual edits do not solve anything either. I also changed IP to use SSL

I deleted the domain it was going to and now it seems okay. hmm
