Since moving to a new server this morning, I am getting multiple copies of todays email received over and over again. This happens for both internal and external emails received. This is also system wide, and so not affecting a single user.
is there an option to purge a mail queue in case its as simple as that.
Failing that, what should I start looking for?
Kind Regards
Alex
Howdy,
You can access the mail queue by going into Webmin -> Servers -> Postfix -> Mail Queue. From there, you can see all the messages in your queue, and you can remove anything that you don't need.
If that doesn't help, the next step is to look in the mail logs (/var/log/maillog or /var/log/mail.log) for clues.

Thanks Eric Lots of errors due to /etc/webmin/virtual-server/autoresponder.pl nit being found.
issue skirted by creating the autoresponder.pl mentioned in another post (see, I CAN use the search function :p).
However We do use autoresponder for holidays etc.
Is it just a case of copying and pasting from the old system, or do I need to install something.
Kind Regards
Alex
Howdy,
It should be no problem to use the auto-responder.
That's usually configured whenever a user in Virtualmin enables it.
It's possible that the process of restoring your backups didn't properly configure autoresponder.pl, for some reason.
Re-creating that file should just be a matter of disabling, then re-enabling, the auto-responder settings for one of your users.
