Hi,
i have an ISP which slows the streaming from YouTube. I have a server with Virtualmin to host several small sites
I would like to have this server act as a proxy when i'm streaming YouTube.
What can i install on the server to do that ? socks proxy ? tunnel ? do i have to install it in Virtualmin or Webmin or do a yum something ?
Silly question probably
Thanks
Howdy,
You could actually do something like that with SSH. You can use SSH as a socks proxy. You can just search on "ssh socks proxy" to get some ideas as to how to do that.
