Missing Virtualmin from top-left menu

Virtualmin option from top-left menu missing. There used to be Virtualmin and Webmin both there, but after changing theme, it's missing. I've scoured the forum and the internet with no answer.

Can anyone help?

Verified everything is running properly. Last thing prior to changing theme was upgrading to 1.600
