virtualmin and centos mail receiption problem

Hello,

I experienced a problem with a fresh Centos 6.3 server and virtualmin. When I tested for incomming mail but it didn't worked.

But when I enabled smtps and submission (through webmin -> servers -> postfix Mail Server -> Server Processes), and restarted postfix anything went fine.

Anyone familiar with this problem or can someone give me an alternative?

Howdy,

So just to clarify -- you're saying that now that you enabled SMTPS and Submission, everything is working correctly?

There's no problem with doing that though. Although Submission should (in theory) work by default -- it's no problem to enable both of them.
