Well, as I mentioned above, WordPress MU no longer exists as a standalone app -- it's functionality has been incorporated into the standard WordPress release.
So if you install WordPress, you can access the features that were previously part of WordPress MU.
That said, both WordPress and what was previously WordPress MU work just fine with Virtualmin.
By the way,can I use WHMCS or BoxBilling to sell Virtualmin GPL Hosting account?
WHMCS works well with Virtualmin (both Pro and GPL).
I'm not familiar with BoxBilling, so I'm not sure which Virtualmin versions it works with.

In Virtualmin, you can just create a new Virtual Server, and install Wordpress into the public_html folder of that Virtual Server.

Thank you... I just found that BoxBilling Free Version doesn't support Virtualmin.
