cannot upload

First of all thank you Virtualmin team, what a great job i am absolutely amazed by Virtualmin, its capabilities and features.

I have a problem, im sure its a minor thing but as i am new to this and i dont want to reinstall everything again i need help
When i use file manager and upload files to the directory, it works,
now when i try and upload a file through another computer it gives me message, request has timed out.
also when i upload smaller files via remote computer it works.
I adjusted php.ini configuration as you can see below.
