webmin-virtual-server 3.90 to 3.91.gpl update, failed; unable to login since then

While updating webmin-virtual-server 3.90 to 3.91.gpl on sqeeze, the following message displayed and since then https://176.9.147.175:10000/ is not available with "connection attempt to 176.9.147.175 was rejected"; need help to revitalize excellent virtualmin and webmin platforms, I can't work without.

I also tried as .... root@debian ~ # apt-get -y install webmin-virtual-server Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done webmin-virtual-server is already the newest version. webmin-virtual-server set to manually installed. 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. root@debian ~ #

Thank you. Kind Regards, Ilias, yet another Greek newbie.

First Rule: Virtualmin is always right Second Rule: If (you think that) Virtualmin is wrong read First Rule. Conclusion: Virtualmin was ok; it was my sister who modified miniserv.conf port from 10000 to 443

I'm glad you figured that out! That would have been a tricky one to troubleshoot :-)

Have a good weekend!
