FTP Users Please Help

I have 4 sites on a rackspace servers.

I need to add an FTP user to each of my sites. Each with their own creds. Each only permitted to access, edit and upload files to their given sites.

I have added FTP user (in the upper right) I test the user. I can log in on my mac using fetch. But none of the actual users can login using filezilla.

When they login they get a blank directory. When I login I see it all.

So what needs to happen, how do I get this to work for the others?

Howdy,

It may be an active vs passive FTP issue. Try taking a look at the article here titled "FTP Service isn't working", and see if that helps:
