Paid AMI failed - Please Help

I have purchased paid AMI from VirtualMin ami-6d4ca904 last 3 years ago. Now my instance in EC2 have 1/2 check passed and when I had consulted the Amazon Support they told me the instance is very old and need replacement and restore. So When I try to launch new Paid AMI from VirtualMin, it is showing

" You already access to this product ".

The question

1) How to launch new paid AMI instance? I need pre-installed VirtualMin in it. There is no option to launch back.

2) From the Amazon advice, they asked me to launch EBS volume rather than instance store because of less functionality in the event of instance failure. Do EBS volume have preinstalled VirtualMin?
