You can enable the SSL feature by going into Edit Virtual Server for the domain you wish to add SSL to, go down to the "Enabled Features" section, and check "SSL website enabled".
That will set a self-signed certificate for that domain.
You can further configure that, including adding in a commercial cert, by then going to Server Configuration -> Manage SSL Certificates.
