Changing virus detection behavior

Almost got this server setup the way I need it to be =)

I understand the default behavior when an incoming mail message is detected as having a virus is to outright delete it. I understand that I can change that behavior to have it instead delivered to a "virus" folder.

I would prefer to have the message deleted instead of delivered to a virus folder. However the problem is the sender of said virus message is never notified that there message was deleted. Is it possible to have postfix / clamd / procmail notify the sender that there message contained a virus and was deleted?
