Actually - you can't. :)
An Alias domain is what the name says: An alias, as in an "exact copy", of another domain. Therefore, all email addresses of the "real" domain are copied - if set up accordingly - to the Alias. You cannot set up individual mailboxes in an Alias.
The behavior for email addresses, either "Copy aliases from target" or "Catchall forwarding", can be configured in the server template, section Mail for domain.
