I was wondering if virtualmin offers some sort of config for postfix that will allow me to setup some sort of IP <> domain mapping so each domain sends out email using a certain outgoing IP.
Unfortunately, I'm not aware of a way to accomplish that.
The IP address used for outgoing traffic is generally determined by the primary IP of the server.
While you can set what IP is used to send an email, I'm not aware of a way to do that conditionally. That is, I believe Postfix will always use that IP. However, you can read about the smtp_bind_address here:
