Moving Wordpress to new Domain Name

I want to move a WordPress site to a new domain. Everything is on the same server so the MySQL version issue is irrelevant. The problem is how do I set up the new WP installation so that I can move the old database into it?

Howdy,

It looks like there's some tricks to making that all work correctly... but the Wordpress folks have a nice document that describes how to move a Wordpress installation:
