virtualmin GPL installation error using installer script

Hi,

I am runnig centos 5.5 final x86_64 OS. I am trying to install virtualmin GPL on my system but everytime getting error. after looking in to the log it seems there is not error in log file. this is what i am getting everytime...

and same thing I can see in log file. Please help me to resolve the issue.
