BIND DNS domain failed! : Failed to lock file /etc/bind/named.conf.local

I am suddenly receiving the following error when I create DNS in virtualmin:

BIND DNS domain failed! : Failed to lock file /etc/bind/named.conf.local after 5 minutes at ../web-lib-funcs.pl line 1332

Nothing other than updates have been aplied to the server.

Does it help if you restart Webmin? If you run "/etc/init.d/webmin restart", can you then edit DNS records?

Thanks for the tip, looks like their was a Hung up virtualmin script that was holding things up. According to the log It was Hung up for over a month.
