In my public_html directories there are files belonging to awstats. Is there any way to hide them? If I delete them, they will be recreated next time I use awstats. I just want to hide them when using FTP.
I believe you could set something like that up using ProFTPd with "hidefiles". You can put something like that in your proftpd.conf file. There's some documentation on doing that here:
