profftp is not start!

I have Virtualmin Proffessional on sun solaris 10 sparc /opt/csw/sbin/proftpd -c /etc/opt/csw/proftpd/proftpd.conf - mod_tls/2.2.2: compiled using OpenSSL version 'OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009' headers, but linked to OpenSSL version 'OpenSSL 0.9.8l 5 Nov 2009' library profftp is not start! How can i decide it ?

Do you get an error of some kind when attempting to start ProFTP?

Do you see any errors in the logs when you try to start it?

no it`s all when start! where is log file and what is it name ?
