Migrating from Kloxo(lxadmin) to Virtualmin

I'm having some troubles importing my kloxo backups into virtualmin. Virtualmin is reporting that the backup does not contain any domains, or is not a virtualmin backup. I thought that since 3.7 I should not have any trouble with this. Will gladly provide a backup if I can get this working.

Perhaps I need to adjust some of the setting on the import, but I don't see any instructions on how to do this.

Howdy,

Yeah, the import function should be able to import LXadmin backup files.

However, if there's been new releases, and especially if they've changed the backup format, that could explain why you're having trouble :-)

My suggestion would be to file a bug report using the Support link above, and to provide Jamie with an example backup file you're having trouble with.

You can either post a link to the backup file in your bug report (feel free to mark the post private first), or if it's not too large, you can just email it to him using "jamie@virtualmin.com" (be sure to use a meaningful subject ;-)
