Migrating existing virtual domains

I have Debian 5 (Lenny) and I have two existing domains that I would like to either migrate or import so that I can get the email working in Postfix any suggestions aon how to do this?

Backup & restore domains from old server to new

edit: Unless they aren't already virtualmin domains?
