Is this possible? If so how do I go about doing it?

Not exactly... you can have a single quota that encompasses a Virtual Server and all it's Sub-Servers.

And within that, any emai/ftp user you create can have a quota.

But the actual Sub-Server itself is part of the parent Virtual Servers quota.
