Are we just talking about an ethernet alias or something -- not the primary ethernet interface?
For starters -- if you have any Virtual Servers that currently using that IP, and you want to keep those Virtual Servers around, I'd use Addresses and Networking -> "Change IP Address" to put those domains on an IP you'll be keeping.
Once you've gotten your domains off that IP address, you can remove the address from the server by going into Webmin -> Networking -> Network Configuration -> Network Interfaces.
I'd first select the device containing your IP, and click "De-Activate Selected interfaces". Then, click the "Activated at Boot" tab, and delete the interface.
