I can't add a pop user.
I recently upgraded from GPL to Pro and (not necessarily cause and effect, I haven't added a user for a while) now I can't add an email user. I checked the mini-tutorial at:

and when I get to the virtualmin screen there isn't an option to Edit Mail and FTP Users.
I tried checking my installation and got a message saying my internal ip address is different from the external (routable) address. I don't see anything out of the ordinary about this, but the concluding line on that page is that my system is not ready for use by Virtualmin.
So I went to the module configuration page and found a message saying I was "not allowed to access this module."
I'm logged in as root.
So I haven't a clue where to go from here.

Well, the error you're seeing shouldn't prevent you from adding users.
Do you see "Edit FTP Users" on the top-left? Or don't you see anything relating to users at all?
You'll want to make sure that the "Mail" feature for that particular Virtual Server is enabled in the Edit Virtual Servers screen.

OK, I've done some more poking around. I have a tld of .com as the primary virtual server. Two other tlds, .ca and .org are in effect as subdomains. When I pick the .com off the list I DO get the option to edit mail and ftp users, when I choose a subdomain that option goes away. The problem is that the users are going to switch in a few days to .ca and drop the use of .com. When I try to add info@ I'm told that the email address already exists. But when I try to send to that address it bounces.
Do you have a suggestion?
It might be helpful for you to know that when I tyried to upgrade to VMPro I got messages in the install log about FATAL errors. But no suggestion about what to do. I've reproducd the relevant lines below FYI.
