configure virtualmin to talk to another virtualmin server via private ip

Hi

I have obtained private IPs for two of my servers, and I would like to get all traffic between the two servers to transmit on the private IPs (eth1) as opposed to the public IPs (eth0)

How would I go about doing this ?

you can assign IP to the eth1 in webmins module under networking - Network Configuration - Network Interfaces

Hi Ronald, yes this new IP address is already assigned as eth1 under networking > Configuration > interfaces. Just wondering if was anything else I needed to do.

At this point, to get traffic between the two servers to use the private IP's -- you simply need to make sure you're using the private IP rather than the public IP when specifying what host/ip to connect to.
