Deleting virtualserver doesnt delete virtualhosts from apache

hi there, I've got a problem with the latest GPL version of virtualmin: I've got it working, but when I delete a virtualserver, removal of the virtualhosts fails (no matter if i set webmin to use a file for them or an entire directory with separate conf files). Any suggestions?

I'm using FreeBSD 6.2.

Same problem on centos 5, this must be a bug.
If i set webmin to add vhosts to httpd.conf itself there is no problem.
