Hi,
I found some messages in the forum about Lighttpd support for virtualmin. I have a new VPS with CentOS installed from scratch and Lighttpd instead of Apache.
I would like to know if am I able to use Virtualmin on this scenario?
Thanks.
Hi Julian,
Right now, the only web server software that Virtualmin supports is Apache.
The best you could do is disable the "Apache Website" feature -- and manually add entries to Lighttpd, and just use Virtualmin for controlling email accounts.
If you do any programming, you may be able to add support for something like that on your own using the Virtualmin API.
Joe makes some comments on alternative web servers and the Virtualmin API here:

Good.
Thank you andreychek for your reply.
