Missing info on my VirtualMin menus

Hello,

I have set up a server with an account plan named "professional" and a template also named "professional" .

This plan allows the person to have up to 25 domains and 25 databases, as you can see here (from the root )

When I log in as this server-owner I get this menu:

Notice that there is no "Edit databases" entry on the menu.

Is this a bug ? How does this server owner add or edit databases ?

Also - related point. The numbers of sub-servers is listed as 50 See image below. That should read 25 shouldn't it ?

Finally, when looking at the "Virtual Server Details"

I notice that the Account plan is blank:

It should be reading Account plan Professional.

Can you let me know why I am getting these errors ? Thanks.

Post edited by: Davvit, at: 2009/03/27 05:32

Can you double-check in "Edit Virtual Server" that MySQL databases are enabled? If a MySQL login isn't setup, it could cause what you're seeing -- and to fix it, you'd just check the MySQL checkbox and hit save.

Thanks for getting back.

I checked it again and I see this:

So I guess that means that it IS checked and should be working.

Can you also look at the other points that I added to my first post.

Thanks

Yeah, I'd recommend filing a bug report, I think Jamie would have the best advice for what's wrong :-)

It may be a bug.

Thanks!

OK - I have raised a bug report.
Hopefully it can get sorted quick as I want to get on with setting up clients.

Hi,

I have got rid of one problem. Since I had not yet
put any data on the server I dicded to delete it
and then re-create the server.

Now - looged in as the client - the client has access
to the MySQL databases, however, on the server information
page I still get this:

You see I am logged in as "hubbit" and it shows I have used
1 out of 50 servers but the "professional" plan that I set up
only allows 25 servers - see below.

Now I notice that under "Edit Virtual Server", the client is
able to change the template that I assigned him !

Also again, the plan info is blank.

I think these are serous problems, surely someone else has
seen them as well - or have I set something up incorrectly.

I am always happy to be corrected :) but I really want to
get on with getting my hosting available.

PS - no-one replied to my problem with Gandi - I'll raise a bug
notice then I guess ??

Please help ...

Thanks
