Backup for User and his own account

Hi is there an option thats Users cann Backup and restore threre Accounts? But in The userbackup interface the should only see her own backupfile?

And where can I find the virtualmin-backup directory?

If you go into Administration Options -> Edit Owner Limits -> Allowed capabilities and features, one of the options you'll see there is "Can make backups".

That would allow the Virtual Server owner to backup their own data.
