It might be helpful to see the headers from one of your emails that's classified as spam. In many cases though, what's classified as spam is decided on the recipients servers. But, if your server happens to be listed in a RBL, that could cause some mail servers to start flagging your emails.
You can use a number of RBL checkers to verify your server isn't listed, one of which is here:
yahoo doesn't let emails go through at once. I explained this elsewhere in this forum. From my server the mails end up in the queue with all kinds of msg's but go through after 2-3 days.
