Creating usermin theme

I'm interested to create own usermin themes, but no idea how to start. main questions: where themes files location?

i decided to use squirrelmail for my client. Usermin for webmail is great, but to many button, IMHO, its can make some poeple confuse.

I have used to other control panel, but, webmin is differents.
Thanks to Joe, ur webmin is great ! I think, with little graphic, no one can beat webmin ;-).
