Can anyone give me any quick pointers on how the Virtualmin template can be private branded? I'd like to add/change a number of things:[ul][li]add header, graphics[/li][li]Change menu names - for example, changing "Create Virtual Server" to "Create Domain"[/li][li]Adding new menu items - for example, adding a menu link to eTicket[/li][/ul]I'd also be interested in how other people private brand their Virtualmin user and reseller interfaces.
there is a section in the left "customised links" or something.
You can add a link (custom links) to eticket (i did) and created a category Support and upgrade as another link there is going to the shop.
I have linked my logo to appear in the upper left corner as can resellers do for themselfs through the module config.
Im still waiting for theJax theme to be finished as I have it but it has some bugs.
I also tried to download a Theme and then change everything to how I want it, but I have too little time as paid assignments take preference.
The Virtualmin Framed Theme is actually quite nice although I would like to change some minor things, like colors and buttons, but still keep it CSS. Don't want to waste time with loading images ;)
there is also some documentation about it I believe under the link Documentation down (and up) at the bottom of this forum

You can add a graphic plus link for the left menu under System Settings -> Module config.
You can add external links under System Customization
Another undocumented customization is custom-lang:
/etc/webmin/custom-lang
/etc/usermin/custom-lang
The format is:
session_prefix=
Where the value is all on one line html code.
This will add anything above the login form.
I am using CentOS Linux 6.8, Usermin 1.690, Webmin 1.801 and how to re-brand. Above directions are mismatching for my server.
This thread is ancient. ;-)
Authentic theme has its own customization layer. At it's simplest you'd just add a theme logo. Browse to Theme Configuration (click the gears at the bottom of the left menu, or click the gears next to Authentic theme version in the System Information page), and click the Theme Logos button at the bottom.
This option will insert your logo in the left menu at the bottom.
There are further customization options (and Theme Extensions), but they require a bit more HTML/CSS or JavaScript knowledge, as you'd be writing custom overlays.

Check out the forum guidelines!
If I do customization options (and Theme Extensions) what should I do ? Where are the parameter files, configuration files ? I have more HTML/CSS or JavaScript knowledge because I am a DevOps engineer and may I know how to writing writing custom overlays ? Further how can I find application architecture and notes ? Kindly can you provide manuals, help ?
Hi jmcabandara.. have look at the source here: https://github.com/qooob/authentic-theme its pretty neat and clean code. Have fun.
Configuring/troubleshooting Debian servers is always great fun
I think there is more few new releases version on this that matches modern servers.
