Web Hosting and Cloud Computing Control Panels
You can host unlimited domains on the free version, but you'll lack some nifty features present only in the commercial virtualmin.
I am using the current verson of of your web panel on debian with apache. After I instslled it I added to different domains in the panel host #1 and host #2. When I go to either site its loading the index.html from host #1 no matter site I goto.
Is accuring because I am using the free verson of it and therefor I can only host one domain on the free version? If no how many domains can I host with the free version?

As Lucien pointed out, there is no domain limit in Virtualmin GPL. You have a configuration problem...almost certainly one covered in our "Troubleshooting Common Problems" guide in the documentation section of the website.
