Install on fresh Debian 4.0 - some problems

I have used the install.sh on a clean debian install. I have got it to work (postfix/saslauthd/suexec/actions/php5-mysql all needed fixing)

My main problem is that the webmin install looks like a standard webmin, i.e. to get to Virtualmin i have to click on Servers, Virtualmin - Virtualmin does not have its own whole section like normal.

Do you know why this is ?
